 Conditions
All services rendered are subject to the terms of the general conditions of the Nordic Association of freight forwarders, the NSAB 2000, with the exception of those stated in § 6. 2nd article and § 20B concerning promised time of delivery, and also those stated in § 2 7C.3 concerning insurance responsibility. The NSAB 2000 also gives us legal possibilities to cover our costs for overdue accounts by sale of cargo controlled by us.

Environmental Policy
TIMELINE develops and markets transport and logistic solutions for international transport by rail, road and sea. In all our business activities we aim to show consideration for the environment in order to minimize pollution and continually improve the ways in which we operate.

How we do it:
- Planning our transport movements we choose the route, load capacity and vehicle which will have the least impact on the environment.
- In all our business activities we aim above all to comply with current legislation and other regulations which affect the company.
- We impose environmental requirements on our suppliers, just as we do on ourselves.
- We view environmental improvement measures as a long-term investment.
